State, Federal & Local Government - 2 Page Cover Letter Requirement
Many federal, state government and local council (normally administrative stream) job applications have started requiring a cover letter that addresses core competencies as outlined in the vacancy description.
If you’ve found a role you want to apply for and it requests something more than an introduction/cover letter but not quite a full selection criteria address, such as:
